NOTE:
**Universal** The
IntellishiftTM
Quickshifter will work on any motorcycle engine car application and
other conventional automotive sequential gearbox applications and features Plug &
Play connectors for stick ignition coils which are found on most modern
motorcycle engines, no cutting or splicing is necessary for interrupt wires.
In some cases these Translogic factory fitted quickshifter connectors
are removed to facilitate other ignition coil installations where simple
`1/4" spade terminals' are supplied and utilised in the fitting kit.

This Micro Logic
Quickshifter
system is a full
factory specification Superbike quickshifter with IntellishiftTM, the
world's first and only adaptive quickshifter which allows you to
shift up gears at constant or full throttle without the use of the
clutch for ultra smooth up-shifts at any RPM. This
innovative system adapts itself to the RPM of the engine bringing the
engine back on line progressively at lower engine revolutions simulating
the action of the human hand when shifting gear. As the RPMs
rise, each gear change remains as smooth as possible as the Micro Logic
control unit has 100s of different interrupt durations at its disposal
to execute the perfect quickshift. Typically 3 yards can be gained per
gear shift and a saving of around 200ms can be made per gear shift for
those long staightaways. This unique quickshifter design only
operates after the first 25% of the rev range which results in no
stalling when selecting neutral. |

General
information |

This Quickshift is micro
controlled and therefore does not require any dials or complicated
set-up procedure, just a single button press to initialize making setting up simple.
The Quickshifter ECU requires
a ring terminal placed on the negative battery terminal and the
plug & play connectors attached to the ignition coil sticks. In
cases where a motorcycle features a `CDI ignition' system the
ignition-on supply wire must be attached to a suitable ignition-on
supply, like a head light or brake light +12volt supply wire.
These Linear sensors offer
the ability to install the Quickshifter sensor to the gear lever itself
or directly attach to the
gear select shaft exiting the gear box. These sensors monitor
the position of the gear lever for precise quickshifting and offer
repeatable quickshift triggering to 0.10mm. The Linear sensors are
triple sealed for longevity.
